HOW TO ORDER
Welcome to the Phyllis & Mimosa online store!
To purchase a product on our site, simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size and colour required and click 'add to bag'. You can then go back and add additional items to your bag or click 'Buy Now'. Please note you will need your credit card details, including the billing address to finalise your online shopping experience. If you do not have a credit card you can pay by direct deposit into our account. To do this please call the Phyllis & Mimosa Design Studio on (02) 6680 8060.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it from My Bag. However, once your order has been confirmed, it's not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. The order will be sent to you and then if required you will have to return it. Refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information.

DO I HAVE TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE?
Yes. We have a no hassle returns policy however the item must be sent back to us in order to give you a refund or exchange. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Sale items can be returned however we only offer an exchange or store credit.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE?

Popular items do tend to sell out quickly online, so if you've seen something you must have, be sure to snap it up quickly. However if the item you are after has been sold out, and you are a domestic customer (Australia), please contact the Phyllis & Mimosa in Byron Bay and we can try and find one for you. WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Diners credit cards.
Your card will be debited at the time of despatch. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as Mimosa.

WHAT OTHER PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We also accept payment via PayPal and Bank Depost. Your order will be shipped once payment has been received.
