RETURN POLICY

We guarantee a ‘no hassles’ return, exchange and refund policy whether you want to return an item for a full refund or exchange an item.

Return Postage
Returns or exchanges must be sent to Phyllis & Mimosa to process.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
You can return items via Australia Post, it does not have to be via courier.

Refunds
If you’re not happy with your purchase simply return the item unwashed and unworn to our address below.
Once we receive the item we will issue a full refund.

Exchanges
If your purchase doesn’t fit just return the item unwashed and unworn to our address below.
Once we receive your item we will send the new size/colour on the same day by overnight courier. Please include the exchange slip below to let us know what you need.

Sale items
Unfortunately we cannot refund sale items, however we would be happy to issue an exchange or store credit. 

Please ensure
Any item sent back for a refund or exchange is unworn, unwashed and has the original swing tags attached.
All Return and exchange requests are made within 14 days from delivery date. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
