Each order is gift wrapped in gorgeous packaging.

Within Australia:  We deliver all orders through Toll Priority overnight express courier service for FREE. If orders are received before 1pm EST* on a business day, it will be sent that day.

We aim to have the order to you within 2 working days. For all Capital Cities and major metro areas, delivery will be next day.

If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be dispatched on the Monday.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number with Toll Priority. This will allow you to track the delivery of your order at any time.

International Deliveries:  We deliver all orders through Toll Priority express courier service for FREE. If orders are received before 1pm EST* on a business day, it will be sent that day.

International orders will have an approximate delivery time frame of 3-7 business days, depending upon your location.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number with Toll Priority. This will allow you to track the delivery of your order at any time.

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Phyllis and Mimosa unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. 

Returns

We guarantee a ‘no hassles’ return, exchange and refund policy whether you want to return an item for a full refund or exchange an item.

Return Postage
Returns or exchanges must be sent to Phyllis & Mimosa to process.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
You can return items via Australia Post, it does not have to be via courier.

Refunds
If you’re not happy with your purchase simply return the item unwashed and unworn to our address below. Once we receive the item we will issue a full refund.

Exchanges
If your purchase doesn’t fit just return the item unwashed and unworn to our address below. Once we receive your item we will send the new size/colour on the same day by overnight courier. Please include the exchange slip below to let us know what you need.

Sale items
Unfortunately we cannot refund sale items, however we would be happy to issue an exchange or store credit. 

Please ensure
Any item sent back for a refund or exchange is unworn, unwashed and has the original swing tags attached.
All Return and exchange requests are made within 14 days from delivery date. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
